精准扶贫背景下湖南通道侗族自治县农村留守妇女就业问题研究

On the Employment of Rural Left-behind Women in Tongdao Dong Autonomous County of Hunan Province under the Background of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

以湖南通道侗族自治县为调研对象,全面剖析了这一深度贫困县农村留守妇女无业问题相对严重、就业质量较差、劳动权益问题突出等就业现状,进而从农村留守妇女自身素质、地区限制以及政府等方面剖析了原因,最后有针对性地提出提升留守妇女自身素质、打造农村就业体系建设、改善政府政策制度等促进留守妇女就业的策略,让贫困地区留守妇女主动、自信、坚定地走上就业脱贫之路,助力国家实现2020目标,为建成全面小康社会打下坚实的基础。

Taking Tongdao Dong Autonomous County in Hunan Province as the research object,this paper comprehensively analyses the employment situation of rural left-behind women in this deep poverty-stricken county,such as relatively serious unemployment problem,poor quality of employment,prominent problems of labor rights and interests,and then analyses the reasons from the aspects of the quality of rural left-behind women themselves,regional restrictions and the government,and finally puts forward ideas to strengthen the self-determination of left-behind women. Strategies to promote the employment of left-behind women,such as physical quality,building rural employment system,improving government policies and systems,will enable left-behind women in poor areas to take the initiative,self-confidence and firm road to employment and poverty alleviation,help the country achieve the goal of 2020,and lay a solid foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
