摘要
总结了125例本院应用延长锁骨上岛状瓣折叠修复口咽瘘手术的护理配合经验,包括按手术配合的要求,重点分析术前访视、体位更换、肌皮瓣保护等。125例患者在精心的手术配合和护理下均顺利完成手术,取得良好的疗效。认为高质量的手术配合是延长锁骨上岛状瓣折叠修复口咽瘘手术成功的一个重要保证。
This article summarized the care of 125 oropharyngeal fistula patients underwent repair with the extensive supraclavicular fasciocutaneous island flap in our hospital,inclnding improving the quality of nursing cooperation during operation,preoperative visit,postural replacement,protection of the prepared flap,etc.The 125 patients were successfully completed surgery,and recovered smoothly.High-quality surgical nursing is an important guarantee for the success of repair of oropharyngocutaneous fistulas with extensive supraclavicular fasciocutaneous island flap.
