摘要
555定时器是常用的数模混合集成电路,有广泛的应用。根据555定时器的工作特点,设计了一种基于555定时器的方波产生电路。分析了该电路的工作原理,并用MATLAB求解了电路参数的非线性方程。经实物电路测试验证了设计电路的正确性。该电路的设计拓展了555定时器的应用方法。
555 timer is a commonly used digital/analog mixed IC with a wide range of application. A new square waveform generator circuit is designed based on the 555 timer operation characteristics which expand the application of the 555 timer in this paper. The paper analyzes the circuit’s working principle and solves the non-linear formula of the circuit parameters with MATLAB. An actual circuit test shows that the conclusion in the paper is right and the circuit can work in stable mode.
