新时代对高职院校发展提出了新的要求。在分析了当前高职院校领导干部作风面临的挑战和存在的问题后,提出要在理论武装、群众路线、求真务实、大局观念、廉洁自律等方面抓好作风建设,以推动优良的党风与校风、学风相融,成为学校育人的灵魂。

The era poses new requirements for the development of higher vocational colleges. After analyzing the challenges and problems of leaders’ work style in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward that more attention is to be paid to the construction of work style in the aspects of theory, mass line, truth-seeking and practice, macroscopic view, honesty and self-discipline, so as to promote the integration of excellent party style with school style and study style, and make it the core of school education.
