摘要
SCR脱硝催化剂的主要化学成分检测对于保障新鲜催化剂的质量,分析和判断运行中催化剂质量变化以及催化剂寿命管理非常必要。在分析新鲜催化剂和运行中催化剂组分特点的基础上,结合现行催化剂主要化学成分的检测标准和日常检测工作中遇到的问题进行了分析和探讨。建议增加定量分析校准样品主要化学成分的种类,并严格其控制标准,以更好地为催化剂质量把控和催化剂寿命管理提供参考。
The detection of main chemical compositions of SCR denitrification catalysts is important for guarantee of the fresh catalyst quality, analysis and judging of the quality changes of catalyst in operation, and management of catalyst service life. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the composition characteristics of fresh catalyst and working catalyst, analyzed and discussed the problems encountered in the daily detection work in combination with the existing detection criterias of main chemical compositions of catalysts. Some specific saggestion, including enlarging the detecting range of main chemical compositions on the calibration samples and enhancing the control standards, so as to provide better services for catalyst quality control and catalyst service life management.
