磷酸铵镁结晶法用于污水处理流程中磷元素回收进展 被引量:10

摘要 为解决污水处理和磷资源消耗的问题,着眼于污水处理流程中磷元素的回收,简要探讨了磷酸镁铵(MAP)结晶法用以磷元素回收的原理,重点介绍了影响MAP结晶的主要因素,综述了MAP结晶法进行磷回收的途径以及基于MAP磷回收技术的实际工程研究现状。此外,还讨论了MAP回收作为可持续农业肥料应用于包括盆栽和田间试验等的实际经验和发展前景。以期为鸟粪石法回收污水中磷元素的工程项目的实施开展和未来推广提供理论依据和创新思路,并为我国废弃物资源化应用提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of wastewater treatment and phosphorus resource consumption, focusing on phosphorus recovery in wastewater treatment, this paper introduced the related studies in the world today. In this paper, the principle of phosphorus recovery by magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP) precipitation method was briefly discussed, particularly, the main factors affecting MAP crystallization were introduced, and the path of phosphorus recovery by MAP and the practical engineering research status based on MAP phosphorus recovery technology were summarized. In addition, the practical experience and development prospect of MAP recycling as a sustainable agricultural fertilizer in pot and field trials were discussed.It is expected to provide theoretical basis and innovative ideas for the implementation and future promotion of the struvite method to recover phosphorus in sewage, and provide reference for the application of waste resources and fertilizers in China.
