图书馆文创产品及其开发研究

Research on Library Creative Products and Their Development

在"大众创业、万众创新"理念的号召下,国家的创新战略也深入到公共文化服务领域,图书馆作为其重要组成部分应因势而动,参与文创产品的开发研究。通过博物馆文创产品开发的启示以及对图书馆开发文创产品的优势与意义的探讨,发现图书馆开发文创产品过程中面临政策不完善、相关人才匮乏、创新意识欠缺、知识产权限制等问题,提出创建良好的开发环境、人才引进与培养、创新经营模式等图书馆文创产品开发的具体策略。

Under the call of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation",the national innovation strategy has gone in the field of public cultural services.Libraries,which are an important part of public cultural services,should act according to the situation to participate in the development and research of creative products of culture.Through the discussion of the enlightenment of museum creative products development and the advantages and significance of library creative products development,it is found that there are the following problems faced by libraries in the process of library creative products development: imperfect policies,lack of relevant talents and consciousness of innovative,and restriction of intellectual property right.This paper puts forward some productive strategies for the development of library creative products such as creating a good development environment,introducing and cultivating talents,and innovating operating models.
