基于核心素养视角的小学全科教师职前培养研究 被引量:2

摘要 小学全科教师核心素养的养成是为了适应当前我国小学教育和小学生全面发展的现实要求。小学全科教师核心素养的养成策略有四个方面:加强通识能力;凸显专家引领、同伴互助、自我反思的终身学习习惯;彰显教育、教学、管理等工作的创新做法;培养乐观豁达、善解人意、积极应对的健康心理。小学全科教师核心素养的养成不仅顺应了我国小学教育的现状,而且还能促进学生核心素养的形成,符合当今教育发展和现实生活的要求。 The cultivation of the core literacy of general practitioners in primary schools is to meet the realistic requirements of the current primary education and the overall development of primary school students in our country.There are four strategies for the cultivation of primary general practitioners' core literacy: strengthening general knowledge ability;highlighting lifelong learning habits of expert guidance,peer assistance and self-reflection;highlighting innovative practices in education,teaching and management;and cultivating healthy psychology of optimism,openness,understanding and positive response.The cultivation of primary school general practitioners' core literacy not only conforms to the current situation of primary education in China,but also promotes the formation of students' core literacy,which meets the requirements of today's educational development and real life.
