低碳经济下基于班轮联盟舱位互租的航线配船模型 被引量:3

摘要 为给班轮联盟合作运营提供有效建议,在低碳经济下考虑政府制定碳排放限额和存在碳交易市场,建立碳排放受到约束时基于班轮联盟舱位互租的总成本最小的航线配船模型,并通过LINGO 11.0进行求解,寻找合理的航线配船方案。比较联盟采用舱位互租和非互租策略时的总成本,分析碳交易价格和碳排放限额变化对总成本的影响。结果表明:与舱位非互租策略相比,采用舱位互租策略时总成本降低,总成本增加幅度减小;碳排放限额与班轮公司的总成本负相关。总体来看,通过班轮联盟、政府适当调整碳交易价格和碳排放限额可降低碳排放量,降低班轮公司总成本。 To provide effective advices for cooperative operation of liner alliance, considering the carbon emission limit set by the government and the existence of a carbon trading market under a low-carbon economy, a fleet deployment model with the carbon emission constraint and the minimum total cost is established, where the shipping space mutual rental strategy for liner alliance is adopted. The model is solved by LINGO 11.0 to find a reasonable fleet deployment scheme. Comparing the total costs under the two strategies of shipping space mutual rental and non-mutual rental for liner alliance, the influence of the change of the carbon trading price and the carbon emission limit on the total cost is analyzed. The results show: compared with the shipping space non-mutual rental strategy, the total cost is less and the increase of total cost is smaller under the shipping space mutual rental strategy;the carbon emission limit is negatively related to the total cost of liner companies. Overall, through liner alliance and government adjusting appropriately the carbon trading price and carbon emission limit, the carbon emission and the total cost of liner companies can be reduced.
