摘要 为实现互联网环境下中国船舶工业绿色创新系统的资源优化配置,提高绿色创新水平,降低资源消耗,提出基于准全息元的中国船舶工业绿色创新系统资源优化配置模型。该模型通过物联网技术实现资源数据的集成,运用合作微分博弈优化配置决策,同时确保该绿色创新系统的健壮性,实现资源的优化配置。通过算例说明模型的可行性。结果表明,各绿色创新主体可通过这个模型调整资源配置比例进行战略互动,以实现系统整体绿色创新效益的最优化。 In order to optimize the allocation of resources in the green innovation system of China’s shipbuilding industry under the internet environment, improve the level of green innovation and reduce the consumption of resources, a quasi-holographic element-based model for the optimal allocation of resources in the green innovation system of China’s shipbuilding industry is proposed. The model integrates the data of the resources through the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, and optimizes the allocation decision using the cooperative differential game. At the same time, the robustness of the green innovation system is ensured, thus the optimal allocation of the resources is realized. An example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the model. The results show that each green innovation subject can adjust the proportion of resource allocation to carry on strategic interaction through this model, so as to achieve the optimization of the whole green innovation benefit of the system.
