摘要
为规范译者的翻译行为以达到理想的翻译效果,针对航海英语具有的专业术语多、逻辑性强、措辞严谨、句式复杂等语言特征,将翻译目的论应用于航海英语翻译中,分别从词汇、语法和句型结构等方面进行分析,并提供不同的翻译策略以实现预期的目的。
To improve the nomalization and standardization of translation acts and to achieve ideal translation effects, in view of such linguistic and stylistic features of maritime English as plentiful terminology, high logicality, rigorous diction, complicated sentence structures, skopos theory is applied in the discussion on translation of maritime English, concerning respectively its vocabulary, grammar and sentence patterns. Different translation strategies are provided to fulfill the intended purpose.
