摘要
目的:研究分析不同清洗方式对呼吸机管路的消毒效果,寻求高效、安全的清洗方式。方法:将回收后的复用呼吸机管路随机分成A、B两组,分别采用两种不同清洗方式进行清洗消毒,然后做细菌培养及细菌菌落计数,比对两组清洗效果。结果:经过清洗后放置无菌环境保存3d,两组细菌杀灭率均达标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但实验B组阳性率0%优于实验A组阳性率21.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经过比对两种清洗方式,实验B组采用高效全自动清洗消毒器清洗方式,操作简易,流程严格可控,且清洗消毒效果最佳。
Objective: To study and analyze the disinfection effect of different cleaning methods on ventilator pipeline, and to seek an efficient and safe cleaning and disinfection method. Methods: The recovered ventilator pipes were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. Two different cleaning methods were used for cleaning and disinfection, and then bacterial culture and bacterial colony count were carried out. The cleaning effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After cleaning and preservation in aseptic environment for 3 days, the killing rate of bacteria in both groups reached the standard, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). However, the positive rate of group B was 0%, which was significantly higher than that of group A (21.7%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: By comparing the two cleaning methods, the experimental group B adopts high efficiency automatic cleaning disinfector cleaning mode, the operation is simple, the process is strictly controllable, and the cleaning and disinfection effect is the best, which is suitable for popularization and use in disinfection supply room.
