从《中庸》看儒学复兴与师德修养 被引量:2

摘要 《中庸》之中蕴含着丰富的哲学和道德修养智慧,是我国传统文化的典范之作。现今社会对教师师德的呼吁引起了国家和专家学者的重视,新时代要传扬儒学经典,以优秀传统道德修养理论指导教师修身、立学、施教、育德,让教师有能力担当起学生健康成长指导者和引路人的责任。当代教师更应该汲取中庸之道的汁液,恰如其分地运用中庸之道,做到素位而行,安守本分;静以修身,德高为范;正道直行,持守中庸。努力实现教师的长远发展和长效育人。 The Golden Mean contains rich philosophical and moral wisdom. It is a model work of Chinese traditional culture. Nowadays, the appeal of the society to teachers’ morality has aroused the attention of the state and experts and scholars. In the new era, we should spread the Confucian classics, and guide teachers to cultivate,learn, teach and educate their morality with the excellent traditional moral cultivation theory, so that teachers can take on the responsibility of guiding students’ healthy growth. Contemporary teachers should absorb the juice of the doctrine of the mean, properly use the doctrine of the mean, so as to achieve the standard, abide by their duties;quietly to cultivate themselves, high morality as a model;upright, adhere to the doctrine of the mean in order to achieve long-term development and effective education.
