摘要
交流滤波器是±800 kV 云南广东特高压直流输电系统换流站内的重要设备,具有容量大、投退频繁的特点,其投退控制逻辑直接影响到直流输电系统的安全与稳定运行。文中分析了两起异常事件:热备用状态的小组滤波器异常投入导致交流母线电压升高和小组滤波器刀闸不定义导致限功率,并讨论了最后线路断路器跳闸后已投入的小组滤波器无法自动切除问题。针对其中的控制逻辑缺陷提出了相应的改进建议和方案,为实际直流工程的设计和运行提供了参考。
AC filter is important equipment in the converter station of ±800 kV Yunnan-Guangdong ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC) transmission system,with such features as large capacity and frequentswitching,and its switching control logic affects directly safe and stable operation of the DC transmission system. In this paper,two abnormal events are analyzed: rise of AC busbar voltage due to abnormal operation of group filter with thermal stand by condition and power limitation due to undefined group filter blade. And this issue that the operated group filters has no way to remove automatically after the tripping of the line circuit breaker is discussed. In view of the control logic defect of them,corresponding improvement suggestion and proposal are propped,which provides reference for the design and operation of actual DC engineering.
