摘要
基于京津冀13个地级及以上城市2010—2016年合作申请专利和合作发表论文的数据,运用社会网络分析方法对13个城市的创新合作网络的网络规模、网络密度、网络直径等指标进行测度,考察京津冀城市间创新合作的特征,并利用Super-SBM模型测度其创新合作效率。研究结果表明,京津冀创新合作具有本地偏好性,同一城市的合作频率和效率均高于不同城市之间的合作;创新投入和产出较高的城市合作效率反而较低;跨地区合作主要发生在北京和天津、北京和石家庄之间,且还未形成紧密稳定的合作关系网络。
Based on the data of cooperative patent and papers by 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2010 to 2016, the characteristics of innovation cooperation were investigated by social network analysis method from network size, network density, network diameter etc.. And the efficiency of innovation cooperation among the cities was measured by super-SBM model. The results show that the innovation cooperation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is local-preferential, which means the frequency and efficiency of cooperation of the same city are higher than those of different cities. The cross-regional cooperation mainly takes place between Beijing and Tianjin, Beijing and Shijiazhuang, and has not yet formed a close and stable cooperative network. Cities with higher innovation input and output have lower cooperation efficiency.
