摘要
在新工科建设的过程中,作为工程人才培养纽带的工科教师的胜任素质是其核心环节。以高校工科教师和学生为研究对象,调查目前工科教师对胜任素质的认识程度,收集样本数据,采用因子分析模型理论提出了测量与评价工科教师胜任力的四因子分析模型,并对两类院校进行实证测量。结果显示,“985”院校工科教师的胜任力水平普遍高于“211”院校,尤其是“工程素质与实践技能”方面,差异最大;但在“教学能力与职业品格”方面,两类学校均呈现出低水平,对于不同类型高校而言都有一定的提升空间,基于此,提出了高校工科教师胜任素质的提升路径。
The core of emerging engineering education construction lies in the competence of teachers who take the responsibility of training engineering students. Taking university engineering teachers and students as the research objects, this paper investigates the current understanding of the competency of engineering teachers, collects sample data, and proposes a four-factor analysis model for measuring and evaluating teachers'competence via factor analysis. The results show that the competence level of engineering teachers in universities of Project 985 is generally higher than that of universities of Project 985, especially in terms of "engineering quality and practical skills";However, when it comes to " teaching ability and professional character", teachers in both types of universities are on low levels. For different types of universities, there is a certain room for improvement. Based on this, the strategies to improve the competence of university engineering teachers are put forward.
