医联体建设是实施分级诊疗的有效载体,通过互联网技术实现医联体成员单位资源共享、共建慢性病监测网络,才能真正组建可发挥效能的医联体,但在实施中需要进一步解决建立诚信体系、保护患者隐私、法律法规滞后、责任归属等问题。
