摘要
立式车床由于主轴竖直放置,所以不论是其承载性能或是刚性都具有良好的表现,常应用于加工盘类、齿轮坯、轮毂等直径较大的零件。但在进行车削加工时,工作台和工件经常会发生振动现象,而且主轴转速无法提高。通过对立式车床进行车削加工时的振动现象以及受力情况进行分析和计算,剖析了工作台发生振动现象的可能原因,并提出了切削力的计算方法,为提高车削效果、生产效率提供了可靠的依据。
Because the vertical lathe spindle is placed vertically, so whether its bearing capacity or rigidity has a good performance, and it is usually used in processing disk, gear billet, hub and other large diameter parts. But in the process of turning, table and workpiece often occur vibration phenomenon, and the spindle speed cannot be improved. Through the analysis and calculation of the vibration and stress of vertical lathe during turning, the possible causes of vibration of worktable are analyzed, and the calculation method of cutting force is put forward, which provides a reliable basis for improving the turning effect and production efficiency.
