摘要 本文针对某泵进行三维定常全流场模拟。分析结果表明湍流强度分布成中心原点对称,在不同强度条件下湍流强度最大值和速度大小没明显的关系,但是速度大的整体湍流强度比较大;在速度矢量图中进口速度的大小不能决定速度最大值和最小值,速度大小的分布图关于原点成中心对称和中心轴对称,最大值的区域都出现在叶轮的压力面;湍动能强度的分布具有一定的对称性。 The performance analysis and calculation of multi-stage centrifugal pump can improve the efficiency and reliability of multi-stage centrifugal pump. In this paper, a three-dimensional steady flow field simulation is carried out for a pump. The analysis results show that the turbulence intensity distribution is symmetrical at the center origin. There is no obvious relationship between the maximum turbulence intensity and the velocity under different strength conditions, but the overall turbulence intensity with large velocity is relatively large.The velocity of the inlet velocity in the velocity vector diagram cannot determine the maximum and minimum speeds. The distribution of the velocity magnitude is symmetric with respect to the origin and center axis, and the region of the maximum value appears on the pressure surface of the impeller;The distribution of the kinetic energy intensity has a certain symmetry.Based on the basic characteristics of the internal fluid passage of the multistage centrifugal pump, the simulation results further analyze the internal fluid passage flow characteristics of the internal fluid of the multistage pump under different working conditions, which provides theoretical support for subsequent optimization.
