摘要 宫颈癌教学因为解剖结构的隐蔽性,分期分级以及诊疗的枯燥繁琐,一直都是传统教学中的难点。本项目拟采用以病例为引导的教学方法和以问题为导向的教学方法相结合,借助网络平台,将几种教学方式相结合,挑选出有代表性的宫颈癌病例,以查找资料—交流—讨论—提出新问题反复循环,直到解决问题并全面掌握相关知识。充分发挥学生的主观能动性、协调性、合作性、针对性,促进了教师和学生之间的互动、交流、合作,将枯燥的书本知识通过经典的案例展现,有效地培养了学生的临床思维能力,文献检索能力和探索解决问题的能力,最终掌握大纲要求的知识,达到教学的目的。 The teaching of cervical cancer has always been a difficult point in traditional teaching because of the concealment of anatomical structure, staging, grading and tedious diagnosis and treatment. This project intends to use case-oriented teaching method and problem-oriented teaching method, with the help of network platform, combine several teaching methods, select representative cases of cervical cancer, in order to find information-exchangediscussion- put forward new problems repeatedly, until the problem is solved and the relevant knowledge is fully mastered. Give full play to the students' subjective initiative, coordination, cooperation and pertinence, promote the interaction, exchange and cooperation between teachers and students, and show the boring book knowledge through classical cases, effectively cultivate students' clinical thinking ability, literature retrieval ability and the ability to explore and solve problems, and finally master the knowledge required by the syllabus to achieve the teaching purpose.
