摘要 目的探讨主角式教学理念应用于肿瘤教学中的实践效果,寻找肿瘤教学新方向、新思路,以指导临床教学的发展。方法选取2017年12月—2018年12月在我单位实习的60名学生列入研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组30名学生,研究组30名学生。研究组在肿瘤教学中应用主角式教学理念进行带教,对照组应用常规带教方式进行带教。结果研究组学生的理论考试成绩均优于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤目前是最常见的疾病,采取主角式教学理念进行肿瘤教学能够提升学生的理论学习效果。 Objective To explore the practical effect of the application of protagonist teaching concept in oncology teaching, and to find new directions and new ideas for oncology teaching, so as to guide the development of clinical teaching. Methods 60 interns from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into control group and research group. There were 30 students in the control group and 30 students in the research group. The research group applied the protagonist teaching concept in oncology teaching. The control group was taught by conventional teaching methods. Results The theoretical test score the students in the research group were better than those of the students in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tumor is the most common disease at present. The protagonist teaching concept can improve students' theoretical learning effect.
