基于微课的翻转课堂在影像诊断见习中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在医学影像诊断学见习带教中的应用效果。方法选取我院的临床专业实习生80名作为研究对象。按进入临床实习时间前后不同进行分组。对照组40名学生采用传统课堂授课形式,实验组40名学生采用基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式,分别完成2次授课,比较两组实习生的教学效果。结果实验组学生考核成绩均高于对照组,实验组学生影像诊断及鉴别诊断的分析能力优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微课的翻转课堂这种新兴的教学模式在医学影像学临床见习的教改中起到了重要促进作用。 Objective To explore the application effect of the inverted classroom teaching mode based on micro-class in the medical imaging diagnostics. Methods 40 clinical interns in our hospital were selected as the research objects. Groups were divided according to the time before and after entering clinical practice. In the control group, 40 students were taught in traditional classroom. 40 students in the experimental group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro-lessons. Two teaching sessions were completed, and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results The test results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The analysis ability of image diagnosis and differential diagnosis in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion This new teaching mode based on micro-class flipping classroom has played an important role in the teaching reform of medical imaging clinical apprenticeship.
