低离子聚凝胺技术用于输血检验中的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析低离子聚凝胺技术与盐水法应用于输血检验中的临床效果。方法选取2018年3—6月于我院进行输血治疗的患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分配为A组、B组,每组各50例患者。A组患者以盐水法实施交叉配血试验,B组患者则采用低离子聚凝胺技术实施交叉配血试验,对比A组、B组患者的阳性检出率与细胞凝聚检出结果。结果试验结果显示,B组患者的阳性检出率为18.00%,而A组的阳性检出率则为2.00%,B组患者的阳性检出率明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且B组患者检测结果的灵敏度为90.00%、准确度为98.00%及稳定性为92.00%,A组则为74.00%、80.00%以及76.00%,B组患者检测结果的灵敏度、准确度以及稳定性均高于A组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床输血检验中采用低离子聚凝胺技术其阳性检出率明显高于盐水法,且更安全、有效。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low-ion polycondensation amine technology and saline method in blood transfusion test. Methods 100 patients who received blood transfusion treatment in our hospital from March to June 2018 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into group A and group B, 50 patients in each group. The cross matching test was performed in group A by saline method. In group B, the cross matching test was performed with low-ion polycondensation amine technology. The positive detection rate and cell agglutination detection results of group A and group B were compared. Results The results showed that the positive detection rate of group B was 18.00%, while that of group A was 2.00%. The positive detection rate of group B was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The sensitivity, accuracy and stability of the test results in group B were 90.00%, 98.00% and 92.00%, while those in group A were 74.00%, 80.00% and 76.00%. The sensitivity, accuracy and stability of the test results in group B were higher than those in group A. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The positive detection rate of low ion polycondensation amine in clinical blood transfusion test is significantly higher than that of saline method, and it is safer and more effective, and has the value of vigorously promoting its application in clinical practice.
