通窍活血针法治疗风寒型Bell面瘫的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Acupuncture on Wind-cold Bell Facial Paralysis

目的观察通窍活血针法治疗风寒型Bell面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在我院门诊的60例风寒型Bell面瘫患者作为研究对象。按就诊顺序的奇偶数随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用通窍活血针法治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺法治疗,观察两组临床治疗疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组痊愈、显效、有效、无效分别为23例、5例、2例、0例,总有效率100.00%;对照组痊愈、显效、有效、无效分别为15例、10例、1例、4例,总有效率86.67%;两组总有效率比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经本篇研究报道讨论通窍活血针法治疗Bell面瘫可以有效改善面部微循环,有利于受损神经纤维的修复,临床治疗疗效较好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tongqiao huoxue acupuncture in the treatment of wind-cold Bell's facial paralysis. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 60 patients with Bell's facial paralysis of wind-cold type were selected as the study subjects. The odd and even numbers were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with tongqiao huoxue acupuncture. The control group was treated with simple acupuncture. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, 23 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 100.00%. In the control group, 15 cases were cured, 10 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective and 4 cases were cured. The total effective rate was 86.67%. Compared with the total effective rate of the two groups, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion According to this research report, the treatment of Bell facial paralysis by tongqiao huoxue acupuncture can effectively improve facial microcirculation, which is beneficial to the repair of damaged nerve fibers, and the clinical treatment effect is better.
