The Value of Implementing Quality Services in Neonatal Care

目的了解新生儿护理中施行优质化服务的价值。方法纳入我院2017年3月—2018年3月300例新生儿患儿,将其进行随机分组。常规化服务组采用普通护理,优质化服务组采用优质化服务。比较两组满意程度;新生儿日均睡眠的时间、总住院时间;护理前后新生儿体重、心率以及呼吸频率、胆红素水平;新生儿疾病发生率。结果优质化服务组满意程度、新生儿体质量、心率以及呼吸频率、胆红素水平、新生儿日均睡眠的时间、总住院时间、新生儿疾病发生率方面相比常规化服务组更好,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿患儿实施优质化服务效果理想,可提高家长满意度,降低胆红素水平,稳定新生儿生命体征,减少护理时间和疾病的发生。

Objective To understand the value of implementing quality service in neonatal care. Methods 300 neonates were enrolled in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 and randomly divided into groups. General nursing was used in routine service group. The high quality service group adopts the high quality service. The satisfaction degree, average sleep time and total hospital stay of newborns, weight, heart rate, respiratory rate and bilirubin level of newborns before and after nursing, and incidence of neonatal diseases were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction degree, neonatal body mass, heart rate, respiratory rate, bilirubin level, average sleep time, total hospitalization time and incidence of neonatal diseases in the quality service group were better than those in the routine service group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is ideal for high-quality children to achieve highquality services, which can improve parental satisfaction, reduce bilirubin levels, stabilize neonatal vital signs, and reduce the time of care and disease.
