人工髋关节置换术患者围手术期护理措施分析

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Measures for Patients With Hip Replacement

目的分析髋关节置换术患者的围手术期护理对策。方法选取2017年5月—2018年3月择期全髋关节置换术患者83例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将其分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=43)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,联合围手术期护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、引流量及术后VAS评分均短(低)于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后满意度为97.67%,高于对照组75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上加入围手术期护理干预措施,能够有效改善髋关节置换术患者的预后情况。

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing strategies of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty. Methods 83 patients with elective total hip arthroplasty from May 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled. The random number table was divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=43). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group combined with perioperative nursing on the basis of the control group to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, drainage volume and VAS score of the patients in the observation group were shorter (lower) than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in observation group was 97.67%, which was higher than 80.00% in control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing interventions based on routine care can effectively improve the prognosis of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty.
