摘要
目的探讨新媒体辅助教学模式在手术室规培护士教学中的效果。方法选取2016年8月至2017年7月手术室规培护士26例为对照组,选取2017年8月至2018年7月手术室规培护士26例为实验组;对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组在传统基础加用新媒体辅助教学模式。比较两组规培护士理论和操作成绩、手术配合能力以及三方满意度。结果实验组规培护士理论操作成绩、手术配合能力以及三方满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新媒体辅助教学模式应用在手术室规培护士中效果显著,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the new media assisted teaching mode in operatingroom planning nurse training. Methods Twenty-six nurses from August 2016 toJuly 2017 were selected as the control group and adopted the traditional teaching mode;26 nurses fromAugust 2017 to July 2018were selected as the experimental group and added to the new media assisted teaching mode based on the control group. The scores of theoretical and operationalknowledge, the skills of surgery cooperation and the satisfaction of planning nurses, doctors and Senior nurse were compared in two groups. Results Compared with control group, the scores of theoretical and operationalknowledge, the skills of surgery cooperation and the satisfaction of planning nurses, doctors and Senior nurse were higher, and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05). Conclusions Theapplication of the new media assisted teaching model in the operating room planningnurses has achieved remarkable effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in the future .
