心胸外科微创手术实施健康教育护理效果

目的:为心胸外科微创手术患者开展健康教育护理,分析护理效果。方法:于2017年8月至2018年7月抽取60例心胸外科微创手术患者,选自我院,随机双盲法均分,每组各30例,2组患者均行常规护理,实验组患者增加健康教育。结果:对比对照组患者,实验组患者住院时间、住院费用、生活质量、健康知识达标率、护理满意度均显著改善,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:心胸外科微创手术患者开展健康教育的效果较为理想。

Objective: To carry out healthy education nursing for patients with minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgery and analyze the nursing effect. Methods: from August 2017 to July 2018, 60 patients with minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgery were selected from our hospital and randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. 30 patients in each group received routine nursing care, and the patients in the experimental group increased their health education. Results: compared with the control group, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, quality of life, compliance rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of education in patients with minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgery is ideal.
