民营医院94例护理不良事件原因分析与对策研究

Analysis on Causes of Nursing Adverse Events Based on 94 Cases in Private Hospitals and Solutions

目的通过对民营医院护理不良事件进行原因分析,采取对策,从而减少不良事件的发生,保障患者安全。方法对我院2017年94例护理不良事件进行回顾性分析。结果(1)发生前3位的是用药错误、非计划性拔管、皮肤损伤;(2)发生的主要原因是护理人员因素,占98.94%;(3)工作3年以下的护士是发生的主体人群,占86.17%;(4)白班是发生护理不良事件的高风险时段,占58.51%。结论加强民营医院的质量控制,落实护士的培训,可减少护理不良事件的发生。

Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the causes of nursingadverse events that occurred in private hospitals and take the corresponding measures tomitigate the occurrence and guarantee patients’ safety. Methods This was a retrospective study, with a total sample of 94 in 2017 regarding nursing adverse events in Fulin hospital. Results (1)The most common contributing factors were Medication errors、unplanned extubation、skin lesion;(2)Nursing staff’s errors account for 98.94%;(3)Nurses with less than three years’ working experience are more likely to lead to adverse events,with a ratio of 86.17%;(4)Events happening in daytime take up 58.51%. Conclusion A holistic approach to reduce the occurrence of adverse events may require quality control of private hospitals as well as competence training of the staff.
