一、制定外商投資法的重要意義(一)制定外商投資法,是貫徹落實黨中央擴大對外開放、促進外商投資決策部署的重要舉措黨的十八大以來,以習近平同志為核心的黨中央在擴大對外開放、促進外商投資方面作出了一系列重要決策部署,強調中國開放的大門不會關閉,只會越開越大。習近平總書記在慶祝改革開放40周年大會上發表重要講話,發出了新時代改革開放再出發、繼續把改革開放推向前進的宣言書和動員令。
Ⅰ.Great Significance of Formulating the Foreign Investment Law 1. Formulating the Foreign Investment Law (the Law) is an important measure to implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee to expand opening-up and promote foreign investment. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has made major decisions and arrangements to expand opening-up and promote foreign investment, conveying a message that China's open door will not be closed, it will only be opened wider instead. In his speech addressing the official commemoration of the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up, General Secretary Xi Jinping made a declaration and mobilization order that China will start a new beginning of the reform and opening up in the new era and continue to press ahead with the cause. At the new historical starting point, we must firmly implement the new development concept, reinforce our commitment to the fundamental policy of opening-up, continue to implement a proactive open policy, and contribute to the formation of a new pattern of overall opening up.
