香港回歸以來,在中央人民政府的大力支持下,在社會各界的共同努力下,內地與香港特區司法法律界同仁攜手在「一國兩制」方針指引下,探索構建、不斷完善中國特色區際司法協助體系,著力為兩地經濟社會繁榮穩定發展、不斷增進兩地民眾福祉提供司法保障。
Since the return of Hong Kong, with the strong support of the Central People's Government and the concerted efforts of all walks of life, the judicial and legal colleagues of the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) have joined hands to continuously construct and improve the inter-regional judicial assistance system with Chinese characteristics under the principle of the "one country, two systems", focusing on providing judicial guarantee for the economic and social prosperity, stable development and continuous improvement of the well-being of the people in both places.
