基于光纤Bragg光栅的悬臂梁式力检测系统

摘要 采用毛细金属管对光纤光栅进行了封装,设计了一种悬臂梁式光纤布拉格光栅力检测装置,对光纤光栅的温度和力传感性能进行了实验研究,分析了基于悬臂梁的双光纤Bragg光栅的力灵敏度。结果表明:毛细金属管能够对光纤光栅提供较好的保护,封装后其温度和力传感性能稳定,温度灵敏度为11. 1pm/℃,力灵敏度为0. 891pm/N,而在悬臂梁上正反面粘贴两个相同的FBG能够进行温度补偿的同时,使力灵敏度提高两倍。 A fiber Bragg grating was encapsulated by a capillary metal tube, and a force and strain detection device based on a cantilever pasted with the fiber Bragg grating is designed. After that, the temperature and force sensing characteristics of the fiber Bragg grating were studied experimentally. Finally the force and strain sensitivities of double fiber Bragg grating based on cantilever beam were analyzed. The results show that the capillary metal tube can protect the fiber Bragg grating, and its temperature and force sensing performance are stable after package. The temperature sensitivity is 11. 1 pm/℃ and the force sensitivity is 0. 891 pm/N. The temperature compensation can be made and the force and strain sensitivity will be increased by twice by installing two identical FBGs on the front and back of the cantilever beam.
