摘要
随着我国社会经济的快速发展以及网络信息技术水平的持续提高,大数据的应用范围也越来越广。在这个大背景下,传统的人力资源管理模式已经难以满足企业发展过程中产生的新需求,因此,怎样对人力资源管理进行创新,是企业应该重点考虑的问题。基于此,论文首先分析大数据背景下企业人力资源管理创新的必要性,然后阐述大数据背景下企业人力资源管理中存在的问题以及相关的创新策略。
With the rapid development of China's social economy and the continuous improvement of the level of network information technology, the application of large data is also more and more extensive. Under this background, the traditional human resource management mode has been unable to meet the new demands in the development course of the enterprise. Therefore, how to innovate the human resource management is an issue that the enterprise should focus on. Based on this, the paper firstly analyzes the necessity of enterprise human resource management innovation under the background of big data, and then expounds the problems existing in the human resource management of enterprises under the background of big data and related innovation strategies.
