摘要
提供档案利用服务是工程公司档案馆的一项重要的日常工作,它是展示档案管理水平、实现档案价值服务于企业生产经营的直接手段,在档案工作中占有重要地位。论文从档案数字化建设、服务模式多元化、保密与利用三个方面,积极探讨和思考提高档案利用服务质量的措施和方法。
Providing archives utilization service is an important daily work of archives of engineering company. It is a direct means of displaying the management level of archives, realizing the value of archives and serving the production and operation of enterprises. It occupies an important position in archives work. This paper actively discusses and considers the measures and methods to improve the service quality of archives utilization from three aspects: archives digitalization construction, diversification of service modes, confidentiality and utilization.
