论文从生物免疫学的角度出发,对创新型中小企业的财务风险进行分析研究,研究其形成机理。论文将组织特异性免疫的理论与创新型中小企业的实际应用相结合,以相关的理论作为创新型中小企业财务风险形成机理的概念基础进行叙述。从财务风险的形成机理出发,研究财务风险是如何形成的,进而从根本出发减少创新型中小企业的财务风险,提升创新型中小企业的财务绩效和发展绩效。

From the point of view of bio-immunology, this paper analyzes and studies the financial risks of innovative SMEs, and studies its formation mechanism. This paper combines the theory of organizational specific immunity with the practical application of innovative SMEs, and describes the conceptual basis of the financial risk formation mechanism of innovative SMEs based on relevant theories. Starting from the formation mechanism of financial risks, this paper studies the formation of financial risks, and then reduces the financial risks of innovative SMEs fundamentally, so as to improve the financial performance and development performance of innovative SMEs.
