我国经济体制在经济发展过程中,随着经济结构的变化在不断进行改革,在此背景下,我国企业在发展过程中随着经济环境的改变,也需要对企业管理工作进行改革与创新,这样才能够提高在激烈市场竞争环境下的竞争优势。企业管理工作中,财会管理工作属于重中之重,是开展其他一切业务的基础,因此在新经济背景下针对财会管理工作要进行大力改革和创新。论文对此展开研究。

In the process of economic development, China's economic system is undergoing constant reform along with the change of economic structure. In this context, China's enterprises need to reform and innovate their enterprise management work as the economic environment changes in the development process, so as to improve their competitive advantages in the fierce market competition environment. In enterprise management, accounting management is the top priority, which is the basis for all other businesses. Therefore, under the background of new economy, great efforts should be made to reform and innovate accounting management.This paper studies this issue.
