Application of Geochemical Evaluation of Land Quality in Metropolitan Planning

论文综述了城市规划体系和土地质量地球化学评价体系的现状和难点,介绍了土地质量地球化学评估技术方法和分级标准的最新成果,并以某行政区为研究实例,在土地质量地球化学调查、质量评估的基础上,对该行政区的土地利用总体规划(2010-2020年)的规划方案提出相应调整意见。

The paper reviews the current situation and difficulties of metropolitan planning system and the geochemical evaluation system of land quality, introduces the latest achievements of the methods and grading standards of the geochemical evaluation technology of land quality. Taking an administrative region as an example, and on the basis of geochemical survey and quality assessment of land quality, this paper puts forward corresponding adjustment opinions on the planning scheme of the general land use plan of the administrative region (2010-2020).
