目前我国处于持续发展阶段,随着我国有效的发展策略实施,各行企业逐步开始发展和扩展海外业务。随着海外业务的力度不断加大,海外员工也在不断增多,由于各方面的因素影响为常驻海外党员的思想政治工作增加了难度,做好海外工作人员的思想工作十分关键。论文主要通过对做好海外员工思想政治工作的途径和方式进行分析,以达到海外项目和员工思想政治工作两头并进的效果。

With the increasing strength of overseas business, the number of overseas staff is also increasing.
