This paper firstly discusses the impact of new media environment on hospital ideological and political work, then analyzes the propaganda strategy of hospital ideological and political work under the new media environment, and finally puts forward the conclusion that only through the innovation of hospital ideological and political propaganda means, can we better play the role of ideological and political work. It is hoped that this can provide some reference for relevant workers.
