摘要
论文介绍了一种水泥干法回转窑的建模方法,全范围模拟回转窑生产过程的物料传递、化学反应进程及热量交换,计算窑内各处熟料成分变化、物料温度,为水泥生产企业提升熟料产品质量,避免过烧,降低单位产品耗能提供分析、决策工具。
The paper introduces a modeling method of cement dry rotary kiln, which can simulate the material transfer, chemical reaction process and heat exchange in the production process of rotary kiln in a full range, and calculate the change of clinker composition and material temperature in the kiln. It provides analysis and decision-making tools for cement production enterprises to improve the quality of clinker products, avoid overburning and reduce energy consumption of per unit production.
