摘要 克深19井是中国石油塔里木油田分公司部署在塔里木盆地的一口超深预探井,设计钻遇盐膏层,需对7412~7855m井段进行扩眼作业。论文介绍了克深19井使用的液压扩眼器的原理、结构和技术特点,同时重点分析了该井高温、高压和软硬交错的地层岩性等施工难点,现场施工使用低钻压、小排量,同时挑选耐高温的密封元件等相关措施,施工风险得到了有效的降低。现场施工表明,该井扩眼施工顺利,效果良好,扩眼后套管一次性成功下到位,为保障该井固井质量创造了有利条件,同时创国内8-1/2"井眼扩孔最深记录。 Well Keshen 19 is an ultra-deep pre-exploration well deployed in Tarim Basin of China national petroleum corporation. The designed drill encountered salt-paste layer and required reaming of the 7412~7855m well. This paper introduces the principle, structure and technical characteristics of the hydraulic reamer used in the well Keshen 19, and analyzes the construction difficulties such as high temperature, high pressure and hard formation lithology of the well. The field construction shows that the well reaming construction is smooth and the effect is good. After reaming, the casing is successfully put in place at one time, which creates favorable conditions for ensuring the cementing quality of the well and sets the record of 8-1/2 " hole reaming in China.
