Reform of Food Experiment Comprehensive Experiment Teaching Based on Core Literacy——Taking the College of Food Science and Technology of Guangdong Ocean University as an Example

摘要 从培养本科院校食品科技专业人才的核心素养出发,结合广东海洋大学实情、有关理论和实践,探讨新时代背景下食品工艺综合实验的教学形式。通过充分利用硕士生助教指导和带动本科生实验,从而提高对食品质量与安全专业本科生的实验教学质量,促进核心素养培养在食品工艺综合实验教学中的落实。 Started from the cultivation of the core literacy of food science and technology professionals in undergraduate colleges, combined with the actual situation, relevant theories and practices of the school, the teaching form of the comprehensive experiment of food technology under the background of the new era was discussed. By making full use of the master’s assistant teaching guidance and driving undergraduate experiments, the quality of experimental teaching for undergraduates of food quality and safety was improved, and the implementation of core literacy in the comprehensive experimental teaching of food technology was promoted.
