基层食品监督工作中存在的问题与对策探究

摘要 随着时代的发展,我国的经济水平发生了巨大的变化,人民的生活水平也日渐提高,对于身体健康问题也越发重视。食品是人们每天摄取能量的必需品,其安全问题不容忽视,如果想要全面提高我国人民对食品的满意度,相关部门必须花费充足的时间来对食品生产及销售过程进行严密监督,尽可能避免食品质量问题,危害人们健康。本文就基层食品监督工作中存在问题做了简单探析,并提出了相应的策略,希望能为有关部门提供借鉴,全面提高我国人民对食品健康安全的满意度。 With the development of the times, China’s economic level has undergone tremendous innovation. Citizens’ living standard is also improving day by day. In this situation, they pay more attention to the health problem. Food is the necessary food for people to absorb energy every day. Its safety problem can not be ignored. If we want to improve the citizens’ satisfaction with the food production process in an all-round way, the relevant departments must spend enough time to strictly control the food production and sales process. Close supervision, as far as possible to avoid food quality problems, endangering the health of citizens. Following, this paper makes a simple analysis of various problems existing in grassroots food supervision, and puts forward corresponding strategies, hoping to provide reference for relevant departments, and comprehensively improve the satisfaction of our citizens for food health and safety.
