氨糖营养胶囊大鼠30天喂养试验观察

Observation on 30-day Feeding Experiment of Qingli Brand Ammonia Sugar Nutrition Capsule in Rats

目的:通过大鼠30天喂养试验观察,了解氨糖营养胶囊对大鼠各脏器的影响,检验氨糖营养胶囊的安全性。方法:选用80只清洁级SD大鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量及对照4组,每组20只,雌、雄各半;试验设一个阴性对照组(蒸馏水)和1.2g/kg.bw、2.8g/kg.bw和4.0g/kg.bw(相当于人体推荐摄入量的30、70和100倍)3个受试物剂量组。连续喂养大鼠30天,对大鼠各脏器指标进行观察。结果:在整个试验期间,对照组和3个剂量组大鼠的生长发育良好、无死亡现象,整体指标未观察到任何异常行为和体征,病理检查与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在本次试验条件下,试验组大鼠未见明显中毒症状,最大无作用剂量大于4.0g/kg.bw,作为保健食品食用是安全的。

Objective: To investigate the effects of Ammonia Nutrition Capsule on the viscera of rats and to test the safety by feeding rats for 30 days. Methods: Eighty clean SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: low, medium, high dose and control group, 20 rats in each group, half male and half female. A negative control group (distilled water) and three dose groups were set up: 1.2 g/kg.bw, 2.8 g/kg.bw and 4.0 g/kg.bw (30, 70 and 100 times the recommended intake of human body). The rats were fed continuously for 30 days, and the organ indexes of the rats were observed. Results During the whole experiment, the growth and development of the rats in the control group and the three dose groups were good without death. No abnormal behavior and signs were observed in the overall index. There was no significant difference between the pathological examination and the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Under this experimental condition, the 30-day feeding test of Qingli Brand Ammonia Sugar Nutrition Capsule on rats showed that there were no obvious poisoning symptoms in the experimental group, and the maximum non-effective dose was more than 4.0 g/kg.bw. It was safe as a health food.
