摘要
通过索氏蒸馏法提取金莲花活性成分,利用紫外分光光度法检测金莲花活性成分在UV-A(320~400nm)波段的吸收率来评价其防晒能力。经过单因素逐项优化,确定最佳提取条件为:溶剂石油醚体积分数70%、提取时间3h、提取温度80℃。紫外吸收率达到81.3%,可以开发其在防晒化妆品中的应用。
Active Components from Trollius chinensis were extracted by Soxhlet Distillation,and UV spectrophotometry was used to detect the absorption rate of them in UV-A (320 ~ 400nm) band to evaluate its sunscreen ability. After single factor optimization, the best extraction conditions were determined as follows: The solvent volume fraction of petroleum ether 70%, the extraction time 3 hours, and the extraction temperature 80 ℃. The ultraviolet absorption rate has reached 81.3%, which can be used in sunscreen cosmetics.
