摘要
大气是环境质量评价的重要因素。大学生大部分时间在学校,监测和改善学校主要活动区域的空气质量有着重要的意义[1]。本文运用微生物研究法对南昌大学空气中细菌含量进行测定,旨在了解南昌大学的空气质量,并提出一些建设性意见供参考。使用平板沉降法对南昌大学(医学院)不同地区进行了检测。从结论来看,男生寝室的细菌含量最高,但是南昌大学空气质量整体良好。经过综合分析,南昌大学整体空气条件符合中国科学院生态中心推荐的空气微生物评价标准中的清洁标准(即一级标准)。
Atmosphere is an important factor in evaluating environmental quality. College students spend most of their time at school. Monitoring and improving the air quality in the main activity areas of our school is of great significance. In this paper, the microbial research method was used to determine the bacterial content in the air of Nanchang University. The purpose was to understand the air quality of Nanchang University and put forward some constructive opinions for reference. Different areas of Nanchang University (Medical School) were tested using the plate sedimentation method. From the conclusion, the male bed has the highest bacterial content, but the air quality of Nanchang University is generally good. After comprehensive analysis, the overall air conditions of Nanchang University are in line with the “clean” standard (the primary standard) in the air microbial evaluation standard recommended by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Ecological Center.
