摘要 20世纪末,分子学在生物学领域呈现出快速发展的趋势,基因克隆技术逐渐成熟,开创了全新后基因时代,分子诊断学技术的研究领域涉及面更广、内容更深入,获得了前所未有的关注与发展,为遗传病诊断、微生物检验、免疫系统疾病诊断、肿瘤诊断与评估等供给参考依据与创新思路。本文对分子生物学技术在医学检验中的有效应用展开了简要阐述,并分析了分子生物学技术在医学检验应用中的现存问题与未来展望。 At the end of the 20th century, molecular science showed a rapid development trend in the field of biology. The gene cloning technology gradually matured and created a new post-gene era. The research field of molecular diagnostics technology is more extensive, and the content is deeper and has received unprecedented attention, and development for the diagnosis of genetic diseases, microbiological testing, diagnosis of immune system diseases, tumor diagnosis and evaluation, and other reference and innovative ideas. This paper briefly expounds the effective application of molecular biology technology in medical testing, and analyzes the existing problems and future prospects of molecular biology technology in medical testing applications.
