二甲医院儿科双向转诊平台建设的研究

Study on the construction of two-way referral platform for pediatrics in dimethyl hospital

目的建立一套适合基层二甲医院与市级三甲医院儿科的高效便捷的双向平台转诊体系。方法采用专题小组讨论法,对双向转诊评价指标体系共三项一级指标、10项二级指标、25项三级指标指标进行评分、筛选并计算权重。结果经过专题小组讨论,总共筛选出一级指标3项、二级指标10项、三级指标20项,淘汰三级指标5项,包括每千人全科医生数、医护陪同转诊、健康档案建档率和管理、专科医生与全科医生交流平台、医院与社区管理者交流等五项三级指标。结论双向转诊制度是今后我国卫生改革与发展的方向性问题,儿科就诊困难由来已久,建立和完善双向转诊平台体系,评估考核指标,可以促进双向转诊工作的有效完成,解决儿科转诊困难的问题。

Objective To establish an efficient and convenient two-way platform referral system suitable for pediatrics in grassroots dimethyl hospitals and grade A tertiary hospitals. Methods Using the panel discussion method, the three-level referral evaluation index system was scored, screened and calculated for three primary indicators, 10 secondary indicators and 25 third-level indicators. Results After a panel discussion, a total of 3 firstlevel indicators, 10 second-level indicators, 20 third-level indicators, and 5 third-level indicators were eliminated, including the number of general practitioners per thousand, medical referral referral, and health. There are five three-level indicators such as file filing rate and management, communication platform between specialists and GPs, and communication between hospitals and community managers. Conclusion The two-way referral system is a directional problem in China's health reform and development in the future. The pediatric consultation has a long history. Building and improving the two-way referral platform system and evaluating the assessment indicators can promote the effective completion of two-way referral work and solve the pediatrics problem of referral difficulties.
