健康教育路径在孕妇产检期中的应用效果评价及对妊娠方式和结局的影响

Evaluation on the application effect of health education path in period of prenatal examination for pregnant women and its effect on pregnancy mode and outcome

目的探究健康教育路径在孕妇产检期中的应用效果评价及对妊娠方式和结局的影响。方法选取2016年6月~2017年12月连州市妇幼保健计划生育中心产科门诊及病房的孕妇110例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各55例。对照组患者予以常规的产前健康教育,试验组在对照组的基础上予以产前健康教育路径。结果与干预前比较,干预后两组孕妇焦虑评分、试验组妊娠压力评分较低,对照组妊娠压力评分较高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组焦虑、妊娠压力评分、较低,孕妇自然分娩率较高,剖宫产率较低,孕妇产后出血、产后抑郁及新生儿窒息发生率较低,新生儿Apgar评分以及护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径干预可降低剖宫产率,提高自然分娩率,从而改善妊娠结局,提高产妇对护理的满意程度,是一种适宜临床推广应用的护理手段。

Objective To explore the evaluation on the application effect of health education path in the period of prenatal examination for pregnant women and its effect on pregnancy mode and outcome. Methods 110 pregnant women in clinics and wards in department of obstetrics in Lianzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Center from June 2016 to December 2017 were collected and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine prenatal health education while the experimental group was given prenatal health education path based on the control group. Results The anxiety scores of pregnant women in the two groups and the pregnancy stress scores of the experimental group were lower,and the pregnancy stress scores of the control group were higher (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the anxiety and pregnancy stress scores of the experimental group were lower,the natural delivery rate of pregnant women was higher,the cesarean section rate was lower,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum depression and neonatal asphyxia were lower in pregnant women were lower.Apgar score of newborns and the satisfaction degree of nursing was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Health education pathway intervention can reduce the rate of cesarean section,increase the rate of natural delivery,thereby improving the pregnancy outcome and improving the satisfaction of maternal care.It is a suitable nursing method for clinical application.
