低频神经肌肉电刺激治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical curative effects of low frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation in treatment of postpartum urinary retention

目的研究探讨在产后尿潴留疾病的治疗中采用低频神经肌肉电刺激的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年12月在我院分娩后发生产后尿潴留的患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,将采用诱导排尿法治疗的患者作为对照组(30例),将采用低频神经肌肉电刺激治疗的患者作为观察组(30例),观察比较两组经过治疗后的临床效果、恢复时间和患者满意度情况。结果观察组产后尿潴留患者的总有效率为96.67%明显高于对照组产后尿潴留患者的总有效率70.00%;同时观察组在膀胱残余尿量、尿管留置时间、拔尿管后正常排尿时间和住院时间等均明显优于对照组,同时观察组产后尿潴留患者的满意度为96.67%明显高于对照组产后尿潴留患者的满意度70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用低频神经肌肉电刺激治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果较为明显,恢复时间短,安全性高。

Objective To study and explore the curative effect of low frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation in treatment of postpartum urinary retention. Methods 60 patients with postpartum urinary retention after delivery in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as research objects.They were divided into two groups by the random number method.Patients treated by induced urinary method were set as the control group(30 cases)and those treated by low frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation were set as the observation group(30 cases).Clinical curative effects,recovery time and satisfaction degree of patients after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients with postpartum urinary retention in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%).At the same time,the residual urine volume of bladder,indwelling time of urinary catheter,normal urination time and hospital stay after removal of urinary catheter in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.Satisfaction degree of patients with postpartum urinary retention(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of control group(70.00%).The differences were all statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of low frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation in treatment of postpartum urinary retention is relatively significant.The recovery time is short and the safety is high.
